POCC Special Order Policy

Effective April 1, 2024


We are happy to fill special orders for items we may not carry or for customers wanting to purchase in bulk. In order to make this process as smooth as possible, we have a few guidelines:​​


Orders may be submitted:

  • In person: You can come in any time we are open and fill out our special order form. Please include contact info, as well as brand, description, size and quantity of items you wish to order.

  • Via email: Email your special order to with Special Order in the subject line. Include your contact info, member number and preferred method of communication. Include brand, description, size, and quantity for each item you wish to order.

Special orders are for bulk purchasing; we do not split cases or bags. You will be limited to the bulk order sizes that our vendors offer.

Orders need to be in by Saturday.

Special Order Pricing:

  • Members: 15% off retail

  • Nonmembers: Full Price

If you have a large order, especially refrigerated or frozen items, the order needs to be picked up promptly, ideally day of arrival or by the following day.

Most grocery items will be filled through UNFI and Azure. You can browse Azure’s website to see the items they offer; currently they only ship once monthly. UNFI does have a digital catalog we are happy to pass it on to anyone who would like to browse their items and pricing; they ship weekly.
